How to Prepare Your Items
Our remailing service is simple, only letters and postcards are accepted.
Remailing within Malaysia up to a maximum of 250 grams (8.8 ounces) per letter, and worldwide remailing up to a maximum of 150 grams (5 ounces) per letter. We do not remail packages.
When sending your items to us for remailing, first place your complete and addressed items in an outer envelope, enclose the remailing form stating the services you require, enclose your payment, and mail it to our address.
Please ensure you have enclosed the correct payment.

Payment
We are a privacy-oriented service and strong advocates of anonymity; we only accept cash payments. While our fees are shown in U.S. Dollars, you may pay the equivalent amount in British Pounds, Euros, Singapore Dollars, or Swiss Francs. And yes, we accept coins for payment!

What We Do and What Happens
We check our mailbox every weekday. When your letter has been received by us, we open the outside envelope, verify the mailing form against the contents and your requested services, and then remail on the same day with your confirmation code being posted online that same day. Unless you require registered mail service (label placed on your letter), we add nothing to your letter but postage stamps.
No remailing is done on weekends or public holidays. All letters are postmarked from Shah Alam in Selangor State, Malaysia.
For letters to be handwritten by us, mailing will be done one-day after. For letters sent by registered mail, photos will be emailed to you the same day, and your confirmation number posted onto our website.
All exterior envelopes you send us your letters in are disposed of and no records are kept. Under no circumstances will we accept responsibility if any mail addressed to us is not received by us.
If the incorrect fee is enclosed, we are unable to remail your items.

Please be advised that our letter remailing service is to be used in a lawful manner. You agree that the contents of your letters must be deemed legal in Malaysia and in the recipient country. This service is not to be used to send threatening, illegal, harmful, or dangerous matter. We offer a service that is convenient, efficient, and discreet.
