Can I mail items other than letters?

At the present time we do not accept items other than letters and postcards.

Where are items sent from?

All items are postmarked from Shah Alam in Selangor State, Malaysia.

If I send a letter with registered mail, do you give me the tracking number?

Yes, we do. You will also receive an emailed photo of your item at point of remailing and the tracking number.

Do I need to put a return address on my letter?

Under general postal rules you are not strictly required to do this. If you want to maintain your privacy, you could place the recipients address as the return address on your letter.

When you send a registered letter, the post office gives you a paper receipt for such, do you send this to me?

No, we do not. We only email you a photo of the postmarked registration receipt and your letter; all else is disposed of.

Can you send mail for me that needs a return signature (AR return receipt)?

We are unable do this. The registered mail service from Malaysia is both trackable and reliable. To track the status of your item go to the Post Malaysia website at pos.com.my

Can you handwrite my letter?

Yes, we can. The fee is $0.10 per word plus the normal remailing fees. You may send us a typed or written letter for us to handwrite along with the remailing form.

Can you hand address my letter?

Yes, we can, and there is no extra charge for this. Just place the address you want us to rewrite on a separate piece of paper, indicating which letter it is for and send it to us with the remailing form.

For the letter writing service, is the mailing fee included?

No, it is not. The mailing fee, whether you choose normal mail or registered mail, is additional to the $0.10 per word letter writing fee.

Is your service anonymous?

We keep no records after your item has been remailed, and all envelopes that you have sent us your items in are shredded and thrown away. If you have requested a photo of your item at point of mailing, we will email you once with the photo and then delete both the email and the photo. We keep no metadata or correspondence of any kind related to remailings.

Can you do special mailings for me?

Yes, we can. Please contact us with what you propose.

How can I pay the fee?

Being strong advocates of anonymity, we only accept cash payments. While our fees are in U.S. Dollars, you may also pay the equivalent amount in British Pounds, Euros, Singapore Dollars or Swiss Francs. And yes, we accept coins! When sending your items to be remailed and payment to us, please do so in a secure manner such as registered mail. That way, we are assured of receiving it and your remailing is done soonest.

We do not accept personal cheques, credit or debit cards, cryptocurrency, postal (money) orders, or PayPal.
